Armed with fondue spears and chef knives, you will learn all the best tips to make the perfect fondue as you will be helping to make this incredible dish yourself!
We will gather around the table and warm ourselves with the best fondue, cured meats, sides perfectly paired with Savoie white wines.
As we joyfully chow down, we will discuss topics such as the history of fondue, good pairing tips, the nature of alpine cheeses, and even a game or two. Let's rally at La Cheese Room - our tasting room located in the hip rue Sainte-Marthe in Belleville neighborhood.
